Things That Didn’t Happen

Date: 06.10.2025 — 14.10.2025
Beginning: 19:00

The screening program Things That Didn’t Happen focuses on subversive strategies that expose hidden power structures. It employs role-play, impersonation, and small, seemingly harmless acts of everyday sabotage – subtle gestures that ultimately challenge institutional authority, manipulate reality, and blur the boundaries between staging and actuality. These performative interventions raise questions about how collective memory is shaped and rewritten, and how entrenched social norms can be destabilized. The program oscillates between humor and critical commentary, suggesting that things may have happened differently than we think.
