The second chapter of the Fotograf Festival introduces in the etc. gallery the Queer Archives Institute, a non-profit arts and research organization dedicated to the collection, digitization, analysis, presentation and artistic interpretation of queer archives, with a focus on Central and Eastern Europe. Queer Archives Institute is a migrant project of Polish artist Karol Radziszewski, open to transnational collaboration with artists, activists and academic researchers.
